Product Overview

The SR201 is a microcomputer fully automatic controller, specially designed for integrated unpressurized solar water heating systems.

It is developed with a high-performance 32-bit single-chip microcomputer (MCU) to realize intelligent automatic control of solar water heaters. All internal components adopt industrial-grade standards, which can operate stably in cold, high-temperature and humid harsh environments. Equipped with a high-precision clock chip, it achieves accurate time control. With an LCD liquid crystal display, it features beautiful appearance, stable performance, high reliability and easy installation, making it the ideal matching control product for solar water heaters.

How It Works (Core Working Principle & Operation Logic)

1. Temperature Detection & Intelligent Control System

The controller continuously monitors real-time temperature data of the solar collector tubes and water tank through built-in temperature sensors.

It supports a temperature measurement range of 0~99℃, with temperature measurement accuracy of ±1℃ and temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. According to the collected temperature data, it automatically judges the operating status of the solar system, and executes automatic heating, heat preservation and protection actions accordingly.

2. Automatic Water Supply & Pressure Adaptation Working Logic

It controls the water inlet solenoid valve and booster water pump to complete intelligent water filling:

  • Supports 2 types of solenoid valves: DC12V / AC220V optional pressure valve and non-pressure valve.

  • Pressure valve: Working pressure 0.02~0.8MPa, for direct municipal water supply systems.

  • Non-pressure valve: Working pressure 0.0MPa, for water tank supply and low-water-pressure environments.

  • Built-in low water pressure protection: Automatically stops water filling when water pressure is too low to avoid equipment damage.

  • Built-in overflow protection: Automatically cuts off water supply once the water tank is full to prevent water overflow and waste.

  • Built-in water shortage delay water supply function: Delays water filling when the system detects water shortage, effectively protecting the pump and pipeline from idling damage.

  • Supports manual water supply, forced emergency water supply and automatic timed water supply modes.

3. Timed Intelligent Heating & Pipe Anti-freeze Operation

  • Supports 3 time-period programmable timed water supply & timed electric heating control. Users can set independent time periods for automatic water filling and auxiliary electric heating according to daily water usage habits.

  • Equipped with manual electric heating control mode.

  • Built-in high-temperature protection mechanisms: Water tank high-temperature protection & collector tube high-temperature protection, which automatically stops electric heating when overheated to avoid safety hazards.

  • Independent pipeline heating tape insulation function: Automatically starts the anti-freeze heating tape in low-temperature environments to prevent pipeline freezing and blockage in winter.

  • Built-in water tank anti-freeze protection function, which automatically runs anti-freeze programs under ultra-low temperature conditions.

4. Hot Water Circulation System Control

The controller can control the hot water circulation pump, to realize pipeline hot water circulation operation. It keeps hot water circulating in the pipeline, achieving instant hot water output and improving user water experience.

5. Humanized Function & Safety Protection Mechanism

  • Built-in precise real-time clock display, ensuring all timed actions run accurately.

  • Supports free switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.

  • Equipped with buzzer fault alarm function: Automatically emits sound alarm when system abnormalities and faults occur.

  • Power-off memory protection: All user setting parameters will be permanently saved after power failure, no need to reset after power-on restart.

  • Screen protection function: Automatically enters screen-saving standby mode when idle, reducing power consumption and extending LCD service life.
